LIMITED REPAIR GUARANTEE
Randall’s Auto Body will guarantee that the repair work completed, will be free of defects in material and workmanship, and will meet or exceed current industry standards.
It is further understood that this guarantee covers all items included in the original repair estimate and any supplemental estimate related to the loss.
The guarantee will remain in effect for as long as you own the vehicle, and it covers all parts, materials and labor required to complete the repair process.
If a problem should occur with your vehicle after you have taken delivery, please contact Randall’s Auto Body or return the vehicle to Randall’s Auto Body as soon as possible for immediate correction. Any problem covered by this guarantee will be corrected at no additional cost to you.
This guarantee does not cover: prior repairs, unrelated damage or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
